滴定分析实验教学小量化探讨
Study on the Miniaturization of Instructional Experiment of Titration Analsis
【摘要】 使用25mL滴定管,10mL移液管,100mL锥形瓶,将常量滴定分析小量化。实验结果表明,小量化滴定能够达到常量滴定分析要求的精密度与准确度,可以满足常量滴定分析实验教学要求,有利于培养学生严谨的科学态度和认真细致的良好习惯,使学生树立绿色化学和环保意识,符合21世纪绿色化学教育。
【Abstract】 Titration analysis is one of the important classical analytic methods of analytical chemistry experiment. The author uses 250mL buret, 100mL pipet and 100mL cone bomb to miniaturize macro-titration. The results indicate that the miniaturized titration has the same precision and accuracy as macro-titration, and meets the demands of instruction experiment of titration analysis. It will bring about multi-aspect benefits in the cultivation of scientific approach and thc sense of Green chemistry and environmental protection for the students.
