无烟煤循环流化床锅炉的飞灰回燃
Fly-ash Recirculation Combustion of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers for Anthracite
【摘要】 数理分析结果表明,燃用无烟煤的循环流化床锅炉效率难以较大幅度提高,其根本原因在于:无烟煤燃料的一次烧失率较低,虽然燃料粒子经过有限的几次循环便可基本燃尽,但对于国内常用的低循环倍率锅炉,占有相当比例的、只经过极少次循环的燃料粒子,却含有较多的可燃物,它们随灰分一起由烟道排出。为减小这一部分损失,采用飞灰回燃技术是个行之有效的途径,可望获得锅炉效率的较大幅度提高,但相应带来锅炉尾部烟道灰浓度增大、受热面磨损加剧等不利影响。
【Abstract】 The mathematic-physical analyses shows that to increase the efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boilers for anthracite by a large margin is very difficult,the basic reason is as follows: the burn-out rate of anthracite particles through one time circulation is low,although fuel particles may basically get burn out after a few circulation times,with regard to domestic common boilers of low circulation rate,the combustible particles through fewer circulation times,which hold not a little quantity,remain containing considerable amount of residual combustibles and discharge together ash into ducts.In order to decrease this loss,using fly-ash recirculation combustion technique is an effective way that may obtain increasing of the boiler efficiency obviously,but may accompany with increasing of the ash concentration in tail ducts and accelerating of heating surface wear.
