鸡油菌多糖的提取及组成分析

【摘要】 鸡油菌(Cantharellescibarius)是一种食药兼用的外生菌根真菌,多糖是鸡油菌的重要活性成分之一.报道了鸡油菌多糖提取工艺,作者采用正交实验设计法研究了提取温度、时间、固液比(加水倍数)及木瓜蛋白酶4个因素对提取率的影响,确定了最佳提取工艺为40min、80℃和25倍水,在此条件下其多糖提取率可达12.58%.薄板层析结果显示,鸡油菌多糖主要由葡萄糖、甘露糖、核糖组成.

【Abstract】 The extraction technology of the crude polysaccharides from Cantharellus cibarius has been studied. The effects of several factors have been investigated, e.g. temperature, time, by using multiple of water and adding Papain on the extraction rate of polysaccharides. The extraction conditions have been optimized by the method of orthogonal design. The results show that extraction rate of polysaccharides is the highest and up to 12.58% when extraction conditions are 40 min, 80 ℃, 25-time-volume water of fruit-bodies weight. By using the method of Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC), the authors prove that the polysaccharides of Cantharellus cibarius is composed of glucose, mannose and ribose.
