【Abstract】 First, the "carefree maneuvering" design concept and the necessity of the HAOA flight test for a fly-by-wire combat aircraft are simply described, and then, the test purpose and the predictive researching processes are presented. Finally, the test procedure and the built-up logic as well as the test technique risk and the risk preventative steps are briefly introduced.
