小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌PCR反应体系的快速优化
Study on the optimization of Yersinia enterocolitica’s PCR system rapidly
【摘要】 影响PCR反应结果的因素较为复杂.为了快速、准确地得到PCR反应的最适条件,避免假阴性或假阳性结果的发生,在研究小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌PCR反应体系优化中,采用了正交试验法.通过设计两组正交试验,准确地找出了检测小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌的最佳扩增条件.结果表明该方法高效快速,是PCR反应体系优化中值得推广使用的方法.
【Abstract】 It is very complicated influencing on the result of PCR amplification. In order to find rapidly out the optimal condition credibly and prevent the false negative and positive results, the method of orthogonal design was used to optimize PCR system of Yersinia enterocolitica in this paper. The optimal condition was soon found out by this two orthogonal design experimens. The result shows that this mothod is simple, rapid and efficient for PCR optimization and worth generalizing.
