【Abstract】 The 21th century is the century of life science. At present, all countries in the world take molecule biology into the national important developing area. Molecule biology has been developed rapidly in past fewer years, which gave an effective experimental tool to research the molecule basic theory of lack of essential nutriment in animal nutrition science. Through analyzed the principle, and characteristic of different mRNA display technology and PCR methods, which were usually used in science research called the bio-technical methods, the writer summarized their applications in animal nutrition science.更多还原
