牛磺酸对不同年龄雄性大鼠血清NO含量和抗氧化能力的影响
Effect of Taurine on NO Level and Antioxidative Capacity in Serum of Different Age Male Rat
【摘要】 通过给不同年龄雄性Wistar大鼠饮用添加1%的牛磺酸或1%的β-丙氨酸(牛磺酸转运抑制剂)的水,研究牛磺酸对不同年龄雄性大鼠血清NO含量和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,牛磺酸对不同年龄大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)含量没有显著影响(P>0.05);但显著提高了不同年龄雄性大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05);显著降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);并显著提高了大鼠血清T-AOC水平(P<0.05)。
【Abstract】 Present study investigate the effect of taurine on NO content and antioxidative capacity in serum. Water administered with 1% taurine or 1% β-alanine(inhibitor of taurine transportation) were offered to male rats. The results indicated that taurine showed no significant influence on nitric oxide(NO) level in serum of male rats in different ages ,but superoxide dismutase(SOD) level was increased significantly(P<0.05) and malondialdehyde(MDA) level was decreased predominantly(P<0.05) in serum. T-AOC level in serum was also increased significantly(P<0.05).
