酪酸梭状芽孢杆菌培养条件的研究
Study of Culturing Conditions of Clostridiun Butyricum
【摘要】 为使酪酸梭状芽孢杆菌的菌体浓度和芽孢转化率都达到最大,我们对其培养条件进行了研究。结果表明:葡萄糖1.0%、胰蛋白胨1.0%、酵母膏0.5%、牛肉浸膏0.3%,适量合适的无机盐类,接种前活化菌种,接种量10%,培养36h可获最大菌体浓度和芽孢转化率。
【Abstract】 To get the highest cell concentration and spore forming rate, we optimized the culturing conditions. The maximum cell concentration and the highest spore forming rate can be reached after 10%v/v activated inoculum was cultured for 36h in the optimum medium composed of 1.0% glucose, 1.0% peptone, 0.5 yeast extract, 0.3% beef extract and some proper inorganic salt.
