【Abstract】 To get the highest cell concentration and spore forming rate, we optimized the culturing conditions. The maximum cell concentration and the highest spore forming rate can be reached after 10%v/v activated inoculum was cultured for 36h in the optimum medium composed of 1.0% glucose, 1.0% peptone, 0.5 yeast extract, 0.3% beef extract and some proper inorganic salt.更多还原
