【摘要】 在E.coliM15中表达RBBP10蛋白,经纯化后制备兔抗人RBBP10多克隆抗体,以免疫组织化学法检测RBBP10在15例人乳腺癌组织、5例乳腺小叶增生组织及2例正常乳腺组织中的表达情况.结果显示:乳腺癌组织中,癌巢部分呈深棕色,提示RBBP10高表达,癌旁组织未着色;在乳腺增生组织中RBBP10在增生的乳腺上皮细胞中有低水平表达,而在正常乳腺组织中没有检测到RBBP10表达;检测发现RBBP10蛋白弥散分布于乳腺腺上皮细胞.研究结果提示RBBP10可能在乳腺癌发生和乳腺小叶增生中起一定作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 The ORF of RBBP10 was cloned into pQE-30 and expressed in E.coli M15,and RBBP10 protein was then generated and purified.The purified RBBP10 was used to prepare rabbit-anti-human polyclonal antibody.The expression of RBBP10 in the human breast cancer,the benign breast proliferation and the normal breast was detected using immunohistochemical method.The results showed that the expression level in breast cancer was somewhat higher than in the benign breast proliferation and no expression in the normal breast,and RBBP10 was localized in the gland epithelia of the breast,suggests that RBBP10 possibly play a role in the occurrence of the breast cancer and the benign breast proliferation.更多还原
