【Abstract】 A 2-MHz CMOS limiting amplifier and received signal strength indicator (RSSI) for bluetooth system is presented. In order to reduce the influence of temperature on RSSI, a novel limiter for the limiting amplifier is proposed. Simulation result shows that the temperature dependence of RSSI is compensated, and the indication range is greater than 52 dB within±1 dB linearity.The power consumption of the whole device is about 13.2 mW.更多还原
