沸石分子筛修饰用于疾病诊断的QCM气敏传感器

【摘要】 石英晶体微天平(QuartzCrystalMicrobalance)能将所吸附分子质量的微小改变转换成频率的变化并加以测量,具有灵敏度高,稳定性好,通用性强,工作温度范围大,尺寸小和抗干扰强等优点,是一种很理想的敏感器件.将QCM经沸石分子筛AgZSM 5修饰后,对丙酮气体的频率响应进行了测量,实验数据显示对呼出气体的探测能很好地区分出正常人和糖尿病人,对糖尿病的早期诊断具有一定的意义.

【Abstract】 QCM(Quartz Crystal Microbalance) can transform small mass change caused by adsorbed molecules into frequency shift and measure it. As an ideal transducer,QCM possesses many advantages, such as high sensitivity, good stability, strong generality, wide working temperature, small size and strong anti-jamming ability. Decorated by zeolite molecule sieve Ag ZSM-5, the frequency response of QCM to acetone concentration has been detected. Experiment data shows that the frequency response of QCM to the expiration of normal people is obviously different from that of diabetics,which is significant for the early diagnosis of diabetes.
