【摘要】 美元霸权的生存基础是美元无可比拟的国际地位,维持美元地位的主要条件之一在于国际货币合作。在实践中,美元霸权给美国带来了诸多经济利益,同时给其他国家的经济造成了各种负面影响,乃至引发货币危机。由于浮动汇率制有利于美元霸权的维持和为所欲为,为此,在历次的汇率制度讨论中,美国均坚决地维护浮动汇率制。基于美元霸权和浮动汇率制之现状,人民币汇率制度的改革思路应该是尽早放弃钉住美元,回归真正的管理浮动制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existence of dollar hegemony is based on its matchless international status, and one of the principle presuppositions of maintaining dollar’s status is the international currency cooperation. In practice, dollar hegemony brings economic advantages to the US, and also exerts negative influences on other countries, including currency crisis. The US has stuck up for floating exchange rate system, which is propitious to dollar hegemony, uncompromisingly in all previous discussions on the reform of exchange rate system. As a reaction to dollar hegemony and floating exchange rate system, the appropriate reform of RMB exchange rate is to abandon the dollar pegging system early and adopt the real managed floating exchange rate system.更多还原
