【摘要】 借助病理组织学方法,初步探讨禽流感病毒(AIV)H5N1对家禽的致病机理。结果发现,AIV A/Chicken/Hebei China/2002(H5N1)对鸡具有高致病力,病毒引起心冠状脂肪严重出血、心肌纤维肿胀,坏死;肺脏充血、水肿表现明显;而且肾、肝、胰、脾、胸腺等均发生充血、出血、变性以及坏死等病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nosogenesis of chickens inoculated with avian influenza virus (AIV), A/chicken/hebei/2002(H5N1) was observed by histopathologic method.It was considered that the aivain influenza virus was highly pathogenic to chickens.The histologic changes were hyperemia,hemorrhage,degeneration and necrosis in myocardium,lung,kidney,liver,pancreas,spleen and thymus.Especially in the fat of coronary groove,the multifocal haemorrhages was more serious.更多还原
