【摘要】 目的　研究鸭跖草的抑菌作用及其急性毒性。方法　用琼脂扩散法检测鸭跖草的抑菌作用,并测定其MIC和MBC。急性毒性实验用小白鼠以口服给药的方式测定MTD。结果　鸭跖草对志贺氏痢疾杆菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌等均有较强的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度分别为1∶2 5 6、1∶12 8、1∶6 4 ,最低杀菌浓度分别为1∶12 8、1∶6 4、1∶32。急性毒性实验表明其最大耐受量大于4 0 g/ kg。结论　鸭跖草有明显的抑菌作用,它属于无毒或低毒的物质更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antibacterial effect and acute toxicity of Yazhicao.Methods This paper tested the antibacterial effect of Yazhicao by diffusing grease, and MIC and MBC were also determined.Acute toxicity experiment measures MTD in which mice were given medicine orally.Results Yazhicao had stronger effect on dysentery bacillus,withered rough bacillus and coliform organisms etc.Their minimum antibacterial concentration were 1:256,1:128,1:64 restectively,their minimum bactericidal concentration were 1:128,1:64,1:32 respectively.A cute toxicity experiment showed that the maximum tolerance dose was more than 40 g/kg.Conclusion Yazhicao has obvious antibacterial effect and is less or not poisonous.更多还原
