【摘要】 通过调查林间喷洒Bt油悬浮剂后的非靶标生物种的种群数量,研究松林内昆虫群落多样性的变幅,并评价该生物农药的生态安全性。试验结果显示:Bt油悬浮剂有很强的专一性,主要作用于鳞翅目幼虫,对其他昆虫种无毒杀作用。在降低马尾松毛虫种群数量的同时,又保持了林间昆虫群落多样性的稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through investigating population quantity of non-target biology after spraying Bt oil-based suspension agent in forest, we have researched change areas of diversity of insect community in pine forest and evaluated ecological security of biotic insecticide. The results showed that Bt oil-based suspension agent had stronger specificity which was mainly effective for Lepidopotera larva and inefficacy for other insects. At the same time, it reduced the quantity of pine caterpillar and kept the stabilization of diversity of insect community in forest.更多还原
