火电厂用新型灰渣阀的水力计算
The calculation of the valve used for conveyance of water with fuel ash
【摘要】 新型的灰渣阀的入口被设计成渐缩段,通过改变传统阀体结构来提高抗磨性能。该型式的阀门可使来流束缩成射流,使高磨损的固液流跳过阀体槽,降低该处所承受灰渣水流的磨损强度。本文介绍了其工作原理,并利用势流理论以及轴对称射流理论对流场进行分析,得出收缩水流的解析式并进行数值计算,给出了阀门入口设计参考值。
【Abstract】 A new type of anti-friction valve used for conveyance of water with fuel ash will be introduced in this paper.Based on potential flow analysis the analytic solution of the flow behind the valve has been derived.The calculation results of flow behind the valve provide with theoretical basis for valve design.
