【摘要】 介绍了等离子煤粉点火技术在恒运电厂的应用。利用等离子发生器在煤粉燃烧器中产生高温电弧来点燃煤粉气流。实现燃煤锅炉的少油或无油启动及低负荷运行。可以降低发电成本,提早投入电除尘减少环境污染,保证锅炉低负荷及启动时的安全运行。

【Abstract】 The technique of plasma-ignition of pulverized coal, as applied in Hengyun Power Plant——the first time it being made use of in Guangdong, is being described. Pulverized coal-air flow is ignited by a high temperature electric arc, generated by a plasma generator in the pulverized coal burner, herewith enabling coal fired boilers to start, as well as to operate at low load, without or only requiring but a small addition of oil. Herewith, the cost of power generation is reduced, environmental pollution is alleviated by the electric precipitator being put in action at an earlier stage and the reliability of starting and operation at low load is warranted too.
