【摘要】 [目的]探讨精神分裂症患者子女的行为问题及其相关影响因素,寻求其与遗传和家庭环境的关系。[方法]采用CBCL儿童行为量表和自编的儿童家庭一般资料调查表对山东省11地市精神卫生中心的217例精神分裂症患者子女和191例正常儿童的行为问题和相关家庭因素进行调查。[结果]精神分裂症患者子女行为异常率(男童:37.7%女童:33.0%)明显高于正常家庭儿童行为异常率(男童:12.4%女童:13.0%)。精神分裂症患者家庭和正常家庭相比人际关系、经济状况、亲子关系、以及对子女不良的教养方式等均较差。[结论]精神分裂症患者子女存有明显的行为问题,这些问题是由遗传、不良的家庭环境和较差的教养方式所致。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the difference of behavioral problems and the related factors between children of schizophrenics and those of normal controls. [Methods] The 217 children aged 6-11 years old whose mothers or fathers with schizophrenia were hospitalized in the eleven mental health centers of Shandong province between June 1999 and June 2000 and 191 normal children matched with the study group in sex, age, habitat, life style, economical conditions were investigated by Achenbach Child Behavior Check List (CBCL). The general information of family environment and children rearing style were also collected. [Results] The rates of behavioral problems among the children with schizophrenics parents were higher than those of normal controls in multi-subscale. The schizophrenics had poorer family environment,worse economic status and false rearing style than the normal controls. [Conclusions] The children with schizophrenics parents had more behavioral problems than those of the normal controls. The differences were result from the schizophrenic, which had the definitive gene,personality trait,unique family environment and rearing style.更多还原
