【Abstract】 Fostering pathbreakers is the key link of improving the farmers’ creation qualities and succeeding in starting an undertaking. In this article , based on the investigation of the situation of pathbreakers starting an undertaking , the authors have analyzed the factors of how the pathbreakers failed , and suggested that we should strengthen fostering pathbreakers and improve their qualities . Then the authors have elaborated the advantages of Agriculture TV Broadcast School and made an initial inquiry into establishing the new model of fostering pathbreakers , which should be based on Agriculture TV Broadcast School in the county.更多还原
