【摘要】 目的:评估重庆市降血脂药的利用现状及其发展趋势。方法:调查重庆市18家医院在2002￣2004年应用降血脂药金额、用药频度及日均费用进行统计分析。结果:心血管类及降脂药的购药金额呈上升趋势,3年间分别增长83.17%、54.48%,降血脂药3年占心血管系统购药金额的比例呈下降趋势,2004年比2002年下降了0.99%。结论:他汀类和天然药目前占据重庆市降血脂药市场的主导地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the situation of the use of the anfilipenics and its developing trend in Chongqing.Methods: The expenditure,DDDs and everyday average expense of the anfilipenics from 18 hospitals in Chongqing during the period of 2002 ~ 2004 were investigated statistically analyzed.Results: Expenditure of the cardiovascular and the anfilipenics were increasing respectively up to 83.17% and 54.48% during the period of 2002 ~ 2004.But the expenditure proportion of the anfilipenics to the cardiovascular was decreasing in this period,and decreased 0.99% in 2004 more than in 2002.Conclusion: Presently,HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor medicine and natural medicine hold the leading position in the market of the anfilipenics in Chongqing.更多还原
