【摘要】 目的:评价布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:90例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为实验组和对照1组、对照2组各30例,分别应用布地奈德混悬液、布地奈德气雾剂及氯雷他定治疗。结果:三组有效率分别为100%、73%、53%,经χ2检验,实验组与对照组疗效差异有统计学意义。治疗后三组症状消失平均天数经t检验,实验组与两对照组差异有统计学意义。结论:布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of budesonide in treating child cough variant asthma. Methods: 90 cases were randomly di-vided into three groups: test group, control group 1 and control group 2. Each group had 30 cases, and was treated with budesonide sus-pension, budesonide inhaler and loratadine respectively. Results: The effective rate of each group was 100%, 73% and 53%respectively.χ2 test suggested there was significant difference between test group and control group. For t test, there was significant difference betweentest group and control group in the days of symptoms disappearing after treatment. Conclusion: The effect of budesonide suspension intreating child cough variant asthma is satisfactory.更多还原
