【摘要】 目的:研究小儿肝炎Ⅰ号合剂的制备工艺及方法,并观察其治疗小儿黄疸肝炎的临床疗效。方法:建立小儿肝炎Ⅰ号合剂的制备方法及质控标准;并观察121例黄疸患儿单独服用小儿肝炎Ⅰ号合剂的临床疗效。结果:本合剂制备工艺可行,质量控制可靠,总有效率为96.7%。结论:本合剂配方合理,疗效确切,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develope the preparation procedure of hepatitis No.1 mixture for children, and observe its clinical effect in jaundice hepatitis. Methods: the preparation procedure and quality control standard of hepatitis No.1 mixture for children was established, and its clinical effect in treating 121 children patients with jaundice observed. Results: The preparation method was stable, and quality control was reliable; and the overall effective rate was 96.7%. Conclusion: This prescription is reasonable, and the product has good clinical effect without obvious adverse reactions.更多还原
