老年大鼠听性脑干核团谷氨酸脱羧酶免疫反应的变化

【摘要】 目的 检测D-半乳糖衰老大鼠听性脑干核团谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)免疫反应的变化,研究其与老年 性聋发病的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法,对成年的老年大鼠听性脑干核团进行染色,并利用计算机图像 分析系统对GAD65和GAD67免疫反应产物进行灰度分析。结果 老年大鼠听性脑干核团GAD65和GAD67的 平均灰度值比对照组大(P<0.01),即GAD65和GAD67免疫反应产物少。结论 听性脑干核团GAD65和 GAD67含量的降低可能与老年性聋的发病有关。

【Abstract】 Objectives To detect the changes of glutamic acid decarboxylase(GAD) immunoreactivity in auditory brainstem nuclei in aged rat caused by D-galactose and to investigate its relationship with the initiation of presbycusis.Methods The auditory brainstem nuclei of adult and aged rats were stained with streptavidin/peroxidase(S-P)technique.The average gray value of the production of GAD65 and GAD67 positive reactivity was analysized with HPIAS-1000 image-quantative analysis system.Results The average grey value of production of GAD65 and GAD67 in aged rat was bigger than in the control group(P<0.01).It was to say the production of GAD65 and GAD67 in aged rat decreased.Conclusion The reduction of GAD65 and GAD67 positive production in the aged rat auditory brainstem nuclei may be related to presbycusis.
