【Abstract】 Today, the high-speed digital circuit is developing fast. The frequency of signal is higher. The design of signal integrality (SI) is more and more important in the design of PCB. This paper brings forward and analyzes the factors which affect SI. In the last, it puts forward the methods and design to solve the problem of SI in the design of PCB.更多还原
