【摘要】 本文在接触式集成电路(IC)卡国际标准IS07816的基础上,结合软硬件,针对ATMEL公司的AT88SC1608型IC卡.用MICROCHIP公司的PIC16F877单片机对其进行编程,实现IC卡的读写功能。
