60Coγ射线辐射对姬松茸子实体中Er、Dy、Tb和P、K及微量元素含量的影响
Effects of 60Co γ ray irradiation on the contents of Er, Dy, Tb, P, K and trace elements in fruitbodies of Agaricus biazei Murill
【摘要】 通过不同剂量60Coγ射线辐射姬松茸菌丝体产生子实体中稀土与P、K及微量元素含量的影响及其相关性的研究,结果表明,60Coγ射线辐射姬松茸菌丝体对子实体中稀土和P、K及微量元素含量因辐照剂量而异,稀土(Er和Dy)含量随着辐照剂量升高而减少,而Tb含量随辐照剂量的增加先减少后又增加。P、Zn和Ca的含量随着辐照剂量的变化具有相似规律,而K、Cu和Cl含量随着剂量的变化规律相似,均随着辐照剂量增加而减少。相关分析表明,子实体中稀土和P、K及微量元素含量同辐照剂量存在不同程度的关系,且其稀土与P、K及微量元素间亦存在不同程度的关系,其中Er含量与辐照剂量间的相关性极为显著,Dy和Tb含量与Mo含量间的相关性亦分别达到显著和极显著水平。
【Abstract】 The effects of ()60Co γ ray irradiation on the contents of rare earth elemeats, P, K and trace elements in the fruitbodies of Agaricus biazei Murill and their relativities were studied in this paper. The results showed that the contents of rare earth, P, K and trace elements in the fruitbodies were different because of ()60Co γ ray irradiation with different dosages. The contents of Er and Dy in the fruitbodies increased with the increase of the dosage. With the increase of the dosage, Tb content in the fruitbodies increased firstly,and decreased successively. The variational regularities of the contents of P, K and Ca were similar. But the contents of K, Cu and Cl decreased with the increase of the dosage. It was seen that the contents of rare earth, P, K and trace elements in the fruitbodies had something to do with the dosages in different degrees by correlativity analysis, and that rare earth also had something to do with P, K and trace elements in different degrees. Thereinto, the relativity between Er content and the dosage was pole-notable. The relativity between the cotents of Dy and Tb and Mo content were notable and pole-notable, respectively.
