基于Leeson模型的晶体振荡器相位噪声研究
Research on Phase Noise of Crystal Oscillator Based on Leeson Model
【摘要】 实际中常希望通过模型分析或仿真来预测晶体振荡器的相位噪声(短期频率稳定度),以便为实际振荡器的分析设计提供指导方向。本文从Robins模型和Leeson模型出发,以100MHz变形皮尔斯晶体振荡电路为例,对晶体振荡器的相位噪声进行了估算、仿真和实测。对估算、仿真和实测数据经过分析后发现Leeson模型和Serenade仿真对预测振荡器的短期频率稳定度是有效的,但Serenade仿真的内部模型还不完善,并在此基础上进行了相关讨论。
【Abstract】 We hope to predict the phase noise in crystal oscillators through model analysis and computer simulation, this work may be given a direction for our analysis and research on crystal oscillators. This paper takes the 100 MHz modified Pierce oscillation circuit for example. theoretic deduction, Serenade simulation and practical measurement on phase noise in the crystal oscillator are experienced combined with Robins model and Leeson model analysis. Compared with these results the internal model of the Serenade is not very well, and some discussions had been performed.
