低压微波等离子体催化甲烷偶联生成C2烃的研究
A Study on Coupling of Methane to C2 Hydrocarbons Under Microwave Plasma with Low Pressure
【摘要】 研究了矩形波导微波化学反应器在纯甲烷、低气压47Pa~5000Pa条件下,生成微波等离子体。研究了甲烷转化率,C2烃收率积炭率与气体压强的关系,以及乙烯、乙炔的选择性与气体压强的关系。实验结果显示,在上述气压范围内,甲烷转化率高达(75%~94%),当压强在800~5000Pa范围内,反应产物全部为乙炔。
【Abstract】 Methane in a rectangular wave guide as microwave chemistry reactor was excited to produce microwave plasma under low pressure (475000Pa). Methane Conversion to C2 hydrocarben yield and Carbon deposit varied with pressure. The relationships of their selectivity with pressure were described. The experiments showed a high conversion of CH4 and a high selectivity of C2H2,under the pressure 475000Pa.
