【Abstract】 The reliability of embeded software for ships is studied. Based on its general characteristics, the embeded software in different development phases is analyzed and its reliability characteristic is presented. The principle for choosing and determining reliability parameters is described. The reliability parameters are defined and calculated with emphasis on the relativity and consistency of various parameters.
