风险管理技术在武器装备研制生产过程中的应用
Application of risk management technology for design and production in weapon equiment
【摘要】 风险管理的有效性直接影响着项目的成败,特别是在武器装备的研制、生产、试验和维修过程。对 应用风险管理技术的主要风险进行分析,给出应用风险管理技术的基本步骤和方法。
【Abstract】 Risk management affects the project directly. Especially in the design, manufacturing, testing, maintaining of weapon equiment. It analyzes the application danger of risk management technology, and presends the basic measures and methods.
