【Abstract】 A new development standpoint that the principal content is "Five Coordination" formally, put forward at the 16th Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the CPC, will guide social development healthily, and at the same time, raise the higher requirement to the land consolidation. On the basis of explaining the basic content, the essence and the features of the new standpoint, this paper analyses the relation between the new development standpoint and the land consolidation, and discusses the strategic role of the planning, setting, designing and management land consolidation items to practical the new development standpoint.更多还原
