人机系统中人的可靠性及其失误改善途径
The Human Reliability in the Human-machine System and Improvement Methods of the Reliability
【摘要】 从影响人失误的因素分析出发,提出提高人的可靠性的基本途径:合理设计人-机接口、人-环境接口、人-人接口、容错设计、冗余设计等可靠性设计技术,并给出了减少人失误的具体措施。
【Abstract】 The present paper puts forward a fundamental way for improving the reliability of people, basing on an analysis of factors influencing human errors. Furthermore, it provides a rational design of human-machine interface, human-environment interface, human-human interface, tolerance design and redundance, etc. Also, it presents concrete methods to reduce human errors.
