基于分布存储式数字法函数信号发生器
Function Signal Generator Based on Distribution Storage Type-digital Method
【摘要】 基于对函数波形的存储和读取而形成的数字法函数信号发生器 ,可生成任意波形函数信号 ,且具有极高的频率稳定度 (同晶振频率稳定度 )。可是 ,这种信号发生器的上限频率的提高受存储器的读取时间和数模转换器的转换速度的限制。为了提高数字法函数信号发生器的上限频率 ,我们提出了用分布存储式数字法生成函数信号。基此 ,本文设计了一种基于分布存储式数字法的新型函数信号发生器 ,它包括分布存储函数波形的抽样数据、数据读取和信号形成、频率和幅度程控等。
【Abstract】 The digital method-function signal generator based on storing and reading the function waveform can generate arbitrary waveform and have high stability of the frequency (same as that of the crystal oscillator). However, extending the upper frequency of such function signal generator is limited by the read-out time of the memory and the conversion rate of the digital-to-analog converter. In order to extend the upper frequency of the digital method-function signal generator, the paper presented the distribution storage type-digital method to get the function signals. On this basis, a new function signal generator based on the distribution storage type-digital method is devised in this article. It contains the distribution storage of the sample data of the function waveform, read-out of data and signal formation, program control of the frequency and the amplitude.
