【摘要】 阐述了OCMJ图形液晶显示器的引脚功能、控制指令;并以ATMELMega128单片机为例,介绍了图形液晶显示器与AVR系列单片机的接口技术,给出了硬件电路。Mega128单片机的接口驱动程序采用C51编程,文中提供了一个简单的英文显示源程序,该源程序包含液晶显示器的初始化子程序和显示子程序,此源程序已调试通过。所设计的AVR系列单片机与液晶显示器的接口硬件和软件实现简单,可直接应用于各设备。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents the pin functions and the repertoire of OCMJ 4×8 B-2 graphic LCD and introduces the interface technology of graphic LCD with AVR series Microchip. The circuit diagram of the interface of graphic LCD with ATMEL Mega128 Microchip is provided as well. The C51 program is used for the interface driver in Atmega128 Microchip. This paper provides a simple English display source program which has been debugged.. This program includes the subroutine of the LCD initialization and the subroutine of LCD display. The hardware and software of the interface of graphic LCD with AVR series Microchip that we designed can be realized easily. It can be applied to many equipments directly.更多还原
