【摘要】 近年来,计算机技术、网络技术、存储技术广泛应用于图书馆的各个领域,从而产生了一种新的图书馆服务方式———DRS(数字参考咨询服务)。DRS的应用可以加强读者和图书馆之间的交流,使得图书馆可以更好地为读者服务。DRS的积累最终将形成具有一定专业特色的数字参考咨询知识库。DRS已成为图书馆的核心服务项目之一。文中介绍了DRS的分类及其发展现状,描述了DRS系统的体系结构,最后讨论了在开发DSR系统的过程中遇到的关键问题及其解决方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the applications of the computer technology to network and storage in many aspects of library, digital reference service (DRS) has been proposed as a new kind of service in recent years. The application of DRS contributes to the communication between readers and the library, and promotes the quality of service to the readers. The accumulation of DRS will eventually form a digital reference library having some speciality characteristics. This paper briefly introduces the classification and the status quo of DRS, depicts the design principle and architecture of DRS system, and finally discusses the key problems confronted in the implementation of the system, and suggests some solutions.更多还原
