基于SOPC的MPEG2传输流复用器设计
MPEG2 TS Multiplexer Design Based on SOPC
【摘要】 MPEG2传输流复用器作为数字电视系统前端的关键设备 ,对其性能、速度、成本的要求越来越高。文中介绍一种基于可编程片上系统 (SOPC)的硬件复用器设计方案 ,该方案将系统的软件和硬件集成在一款Altera公司新推出的低成本高密度Cyclone系列现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA)上 ,不但简化了整个系统 ,而且实现了稳定、高速、低成本的复用器设计。对系统硬件逻辑部分和软件部分的实现分别作了详细说明 ,并重点描述了Altera公司的NIOSⅡ内核的特性 ,及其在该方案中的应用。
【Abstract】 With the development of digital TV, MPGEⅡ TS multiplexer has become the crucial device of the digital TV system, and its capability, speed, and cost become more and more important. This article introduces the multiplexer’s design based on SOPC, which integrates software and hardware on a Altera’s new cyclone series FPGA. It makes this system not only simple, but also efficient, fast and low cost. We explain the software and hardware design respectively in detail, describe the attribute of NIOSII and it’s application.
