荧光微弱信号检测电路设计
Design of a Weak Fluorescence Signal Detection Circuit
【摘要】 荧光分析技术在现代化学分析中占有重要地位 ,在荧光分析仪器与传感器的研制过程中 ,有效提取荧光信号十分关键。在考虑检测电路内在的噪声来源和系统环境特点的基础上 ,详细讨论了应用在荧光光纤传感器中微弱荧光信号检测电路的结构、特点和设计注意事项。
【Abstract】 The fluorescence analysis technology is very important in modern chemical analysis. It is the key for extracting fluorescence signal in fact. Basing on the considering of noise sources and system environment of the detection circuit. We discuss in particular the structure, characteristics and important points in faint signal detection circuit design when applying fluorescence fiber sensor according to the characteristics of the fluorescence signal.
