水热法制备掺镁钛酸钡粉体及其电性能研究
Research on Hydrothermal Synthesis of Mg-doped Barium Titanate Powder and Electric Properties
【摘要】 利用水热法制备了掺镁的超细钛酸钡粉体并高温烧结后得到瓷体,运用XRD、AES和SEM等测试手段,分析了掺镁对钛酸钡粉体及陶瓷电性能的影响。研究表明,镁固溶到了钛酸钡的晶格中并取代钛位。镁的掺杂有助于获得细晶高致密的陶瓷,当n(Mg)/n(Ti)为0.06时,致密度最高,常温下相对介电常数高达4100,击穿场强达到3.2MV/m以上。
【Abstract】 Superfine Mg-doped barium titanate powder was prepared by hydrothermal method,and then the ceramic was obtained.The effects of doping Mg on powder and ceramic electric properties were discussed though XRD,AES and SEM.As indicated by results,B site(Ti)is substituted by Mg,which is helpful to get the microstructure with tiny grains and high density.When the atomic ratio of Mg to Ti is 0.06,the density reaches the maximum and dielectric constant reaches 4100 and destroyed electric strength rises up to more than 3.2 MV/m.
