适用多层压电降压变压器的改性钛酸鉛研究
Study on Modified Lead Titanate Ceramics for Multilayered Voltage-decreasing Piezoelectric Transformers
【摘要】 为了获得适用于厚度振动模式的低温共烧多层压电降压变压器材料,采用A、B位取代及添加低共熔物,研制了组成为(Pb0.98–xCaxCd0.02)(Ti1–yMny)O3+1%(质量分数)Bi4Ti3O12+z%SiO2的改性压电陶瓷。当钙离子取代25%离子,锰离子取代2%钛离子,并在体系中添加0.08%(质量分数)SiO2时,该材料表现出良好的压电和介电性能。在1000℃烧结时,kt为0.48,kp为0.032,Qm为450,tgδ为1×10–2,为172,居里温度tC为320℃。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain a kind of low temperature sintering materials applying in a multilayered piezoelectric transformer operating in thickness extensional vibration mode, modified ceramics with a composition of (Pb0.98–xCaxCd0.02)(Ti1–yMny)O3+1 mol%Bi4Ti3O12+z(wt)%SiO2 were prepared by ion substitutions in A,B sites and adding additives for low temperature sintering. When substitution of Ca2+ ion in Pb2+ sites, Mn in Ti sites and amount of SiO2 additive were 25 mol%, 2 mol% and 0.08wt% respectively, piezoelectric and dielectric properties of samples sintered at 1 000℃ for 4 hours are kt of 0.48, kp of 0.032, Qm of 450, d33 of 58, of 172 , tgδ of 1×10–2 and tC of 320℃.
