精细氧化铝陶瓷水基凝胶注模成型工艺

【摘要】 研究高性能氧化铝陶瓷的水基凝胶注模成型过程,探讨了pH值、分散剂、有机单体、交联剂以及球磨等诸因素对料浆浓悬浮体的流变性的影响。通过控制成型过程中的温度(50~70℃)和时间等因素,成功制出了固相含量达58%的料浆,以及强度20MPa以上,显微结构十分均匀的坯体。发现该工艺所制坯体的一种新颖特性——坯体可以在胶状柔韧态(吸水)和坚硬态(脱水)之间反复变化。它将大大改善陶瓷部件的可加工性,提高其生产效率。

【Abstract】 An optimized colloidal forming process of fine alumina ceramic was investigated. The better prescription preparing above slurry was got, and various factors including pH value, dispersants type and amount, monomer, milling time, etc, were studied, which obviously influence the rheological property of suspension. The experimental results show that, the slurry with high solid loading(58%) and the green compacts with homogeneous microstructure, strength of more than 20MPa, were obtained through controlling the temperature(50~70℃) and time of the process. Finally, reiterating changes between gel-soft and stiffness in different conditions, was discovered, as a new property, which is very convenient to machining ceramic parts.
