纳米钛酸锶粉体的特殊液相沉淀法制备
Preparation of Nanometer SrTiO3 Powders by the Special Liquid-phase Precipitation Methods
【摘要】 以制备纳米钛酸锶粉体为目标,在液相反应胶粒析出机理分析的基础上,通过碳酸铵沉淀途径,采用特殊的快速高强度机械混合液相沉淀法,调控各种工艺条件,例如浓度、pH值、高机械混合强度以及陈化时间等,得到分散性和过滤性均好的碳酸锶和无定形氢氧化氧钛高度混合的纳米粉体前驱体,其粒径为3~4nm(平均3.5nm)。经920℃度焙烧,获得了结晶度好、分散性好、平均粒径56nm的立方相钛酸锶粉体。
【Abstract】 Preparing nanometer titanium acid strontium is looked upon as the aim.On base of the analysis of nucleation mechanism of colloid particle by the liquid phase reaction,a particular liquid-phase precipitation methods with high speed high strength mechanical mixture was adopted by the channel on carbon acid ammonium precipitation. By means of regulation and control the different technology terms, for instance concentration, pH value, the mechanic mixing strength of the two solutions and aged time and so on, highly blending precursor of carbon acid strontium and oxyhydrogen oxygen titanium is obtain. The precursor have good quality filtering and disperseing quality, and the diameter of the precursor is little of 3~4 nm ( equally 3.5 nm ). Roasted after 920℃, SrTiO3 nano-powder was obtained that is good crystallinity and disperseing quality. The SrTiO3 nano-powder have cube crystal form and the diameter of the SrTiO3 nano-powder is 56nm.
