sol-gel法制备六方相ZnTiO3粉体的研究
Formation and Transformation of Hexagonal ZnTiO3 Powders Prepared by Sol-gel Process
【摘要】 首次采用溶胶-凝胶工艺得到了纯六方相ZnTiO3粉体。以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯六方相ZnTiO3粉体。采用DSC-TG,XRD,FT-IR和Raman等现代测试分析手段,对凝胶粉体的热分解和相转变过程进行了研究。实验结果表明,800℃煅烧处理凝胶粉末可获得纯六方钛铁矿相ZnTiO3粉体;但是,这种六方相ZnTiO3的高温稳定性较差,当煅烧温度超过900℃时,六方相ZnTiO3分解为立方结构Zn2TiO4和金红石TiO2。
【Abstract】 Reported was the synthesis of pure hexagonal ZnTiO3 powder by sol-gel method. ZnTiO3 powders were prepared using Zn(NO3)2· 6H2O and Ti(OC4H9)4 as precursors. The thermal behavior and phase transformation of the gels were investigated by the differential scaning calorimetry -thermogravimetry (DSC-TG), analysis X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD), Fourier-transforming infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Raman scattering spectroscopy. The experimental results show that pure hexagonal phase of ZnTiO3 could be obtained at low temperature of 800℃. However, further increased temperature above 900℃, hexagonal ZnTiO3 would decompose into cubic Zn2TiO4 and rutile TiO2.
