苏州工业园区生态工业园建设构想及效益预分析

【摘要】 文章立足于国际、国内背景及园区发展现状,分析了园区生态化面临的挑战,从园区生态系统优化的角度提出了其生态化建设重点,主要包括资源能源优化方案、生态产业建设、绿色社区建设、园区安全与风险管理等。在此基础上,对园区生态化建设的效益做了预评估。结果表明,生态工业园建设不但能提高园区资源能源利用效率,减少污染排放和环境风险,而且能大大提高其国际竞争力。

【Abstract】 The paper identifies the challenges to make Suzhou Industrial Parks ecological based on the international and national background. On the basis of this, a series of approaches are suggested to make it an ecological industrial park, which include optimizing system of resources and energy, constructing of ecological industries, greening community, and avoiding and managing safety & risks. In addition, the paper pre-evaluates the benefits of constructing the eco-industrial park. The results show that if all these approaches are accepted and put into operation, the efficiencies of resources and energy would be improved, and pollutants and environmental risks would be avoided or decreased greatly, and its competitiveness would be improved a lot.
