天然气无焰氧化燃烧器燃烧特性的数值模拟

【摘要】 对一种天然气无焰氧化燃烧器的燃烧特性进行了数值模拟,从速度和温度分布沿着气流喷射方向的变化可看出,按本文方式布置的无焰氧化燃烧器的无焰氧化燃烧非常稳定.计算结果表明:无焰氧化燃烧温度大大低于有焰燃烧温度,温度分布较均匀.无焰氧化燃烧可大大降低热力NOx的生成.

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the characteristics of the natural fameless oxidation combustor through numerical simulation. From the variation of the speed and temperature distributed in the direction of gas jet, it is found that the combustion of fameless oxidation combustor is quite steady in the mode as established in this paper. By calculation, it is shown that the temperature produced by the combustion of fameless oxidation, distributed in uniform, is much lower than that of the fame one. Hence it is concluded that the combustion of fameless oxidation can greatly reduce the NO_x formation.
