【摘要】 超数排卵(简称超排)技术是获得大量卵子和胚胎的重要方法之一。随着胚胎生物技术的延伸以及发育生物学研究的不断深入,家畜卵子和胚胎需求量日益增大。重复超排技术为加快育种步伐、纯种扩群提供了有力的技术支持。文章就近年来家畜重复超排的研究进展进行了综述,并就存在的问题进行探讨,旨在为进一步改善重复超排技术提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The superovulation is an important method for obtaining a large quantity of embryo and ovum.The demands on number of ovum and embryo of livestock have being enlarged with the development of embryo technology and developmental biology.The repeated superovulation advances breeding.In this article,the progress of repeated superovulation are introduced.At the meantime,the questions and prospect of repeated superovulation are presented.更多还原
