安徽省部分地区猪血清硼含量检测与分析

【摘要】 随机选取安徽省定远县、临泉县、黄 山市、庐江县为采样点,以姜黄素比色法检测 了安徽省部分地区猪血清中硼状况。结果表 明,黄山市的猪血清含硼量高于其他地区,庐 江县次之,定远县再次之,临泉县最低。其 中,定远县与其他地区差异显著(P<0.05); 临泉县与庐江县、黄山市的差异极显著(P< 0.01);雄性猪血清的平均含硼量较雌性的偏 低,但二者差异不显著(P>0.05);猪血清硼 含量随月龄的变化而变化。

【Abstract】 Serum boron(B) content of pigs from Dingyuan county and Linquan county, Huangshan city, Lujiang county were determined by curcuma colorimetry. The results showed that the average serum boron concentration of pigs from Huangshan city was the highest, Lujiang’s was the second, Dingyuan’s was the third and Linquan’s was the lowest. There was a notable difference between Dingyuan and the others (P<0.05),as well as very notable difference between Linquan and lujiang or Huangshan city (P<0.01);The average serum boron concentration of male pigs was a little lower than that of female ones,but the difference was not notable(P>0.05);The serum boron content was changed with the age of pigs.
