【摘要】 血吸虫的生长发育过程中,其抗原表 达呈现明显的期别差异性。利用分子生物学 技术,从期别差异表达的功能基因中筛选有 意义的功能蛋白,并深入研究它们的生物学 活性,是近年来血吸虫基因组研究的一个热 点,这对开发新的血吸虫疫苗和寻找药物靶 标,对防治血吸虫病具有重要意义。文章对 血吸虫虫卵、尾蚴、童虫、成虫各个阶段的特 点及这些阶段差异性表达的功能基因研究进 展作了综述,并简要介绍了一些在血吸虫差 异表达基因克隆中运用的生物学技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Schistosome antigen expression obviously has stage-specific characteristic in its life cycle. Through molecular biological technology, selecting interested functional proteins from stage-specific expression of functional gene and deeply studying their biological activity have been focused on schistosome genome in recent years. It has great significance for us to develop new vaccines and seek new drugs against schistosome and to prevent/control schistosomiasis. This review summaried the recent research progress on the stage-specific expression of functional gene in Schistosma.Some biological technigues that would be used in schistosome-specific gene’s cloning briefly introduced simultaneously.更多还原
