液压联合冲剪机床床身强度分析
Finite Element Strength Analysis of Hydraulic Combined Punching and Shearing Machine
【摘要】 液压联合冲剪机是集冲孔、剪切于一体的多功能专用机床,其床身虎口开口度及应力情况对加工质量和机床寿命有重大影响。我们以Q35-20Y液压联合冲剪机床为例,应用ANSYS分析软件和SOLID92单元建立了Q35-20Y液压联合冲剪机床身的有限元模型,得到了床身应力、变形云图,从而获得了Q35-20Y液压联合冲剪机床身危险工作部位的数据,通过对比计算分析,发现了影响虎口开口度的重要结构因素。分析结果不仅对此类型机床的设计起到重要的借鉴作用,并为机床优化设计变量的选取打下了基础。
【Abstract】 Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS and solid92 element,the finite model of a kind of hydraulic combined punching and shearing machine Model Q35-20Y has been established with the distribution rule of equivalent stress and deformation correspondent stress data in stress concentration location obtained. Comparison of the results of different finite model has made the main reason influencing the hatch value of its throat be found,resulting in not only an important reference in the design of this kind of machine but also foundation for choosing design variables during optimization design.
