直接甲醇燃料电池双催化层阳极的稳定性研究
Durability study of double catalytic layer anode for direct methanol fuel cell
【摘要】 主要研究了双催化层阳极的稳定性,考察了直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)在623h寿命测试过程中的运行规律和性能衰退因素,探索了恢复电极性能或缓解电极性能衰退的方法。结果表明,对阳极催化层进行电位扫描(Potentialsweep),可以氧化去除催化剂表面的吸附物种,一定程度上恢复电极性能或缓解电极性能衰退过程。电池寿命测试及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量散射X射线谱(EDX)分析结果说明双催化层阳极结构具有良好的稳定性。
【Abstract】 In the present study,the durability performance of double catalytic layer anode for DMFC was investigated.During 623h lifetime,the factors of performance degradation were analyzed,and the recovery or mitigation strategies were explored.Long-term test results indicated that the double layer catalytic exhibits good performance and stable microstructure.The degradation can be timely mitigated by a potential sweep,which is a good method to eliminate the adsorbed intermediate species on the catalyst surface from methanol electro-oxidation.
