导电纤维和炭黑添加剂对正极放电能量的影响

【摘要】 对加入导电纤维和炭黑正极添加剂的铅酸蓄电池放电性能进行了研究,在保证单片正极电池在电池容量受正极控制的条件下,以不同放电倍率恒流放电,分别测定了7种不同配方的单片正极能量和容量,获得了较高的提高率,应用图像分析仪测定了极板的平均孔径、孔表面积及分布等孔结构参数,并拍摄了正极板表面的显微图像照片。探讨了这两种添加剂对正极孔结构及性能的影响规律和机理。

【Abstract】 The discharging performance of different conductive fiber and carbon black on positive plate for the lead-acid batteries was researched. On condition that the capacity of lead-acid battery was limited by single positive electrode, discharging capacity and energy of seven different lead-acid batteries were tested at different discharge rate respectively. More specific capacity and specific energy were obtained. Some parameters of average diameter, surface area and distribution of micro-pore were tested by microscopy image analysis apparatus and some scanning pictures of positive plate surface were taken. The influence laws and mechanisms of two additives on micro-pore structure and performance of positive electrode were discussed.
